About the Event

The Fall Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness Fair is designed to give the community an opportunity to meet local practitioners and vendors in a relaxed, welcoming space.

This event is for people interested in holistic wellness, spiritual growth, creativity, personal development, and heart-led offerings within Miramichi and the surrounding area.

Offerings may include things such as energy healing, intuitive readings, mediumship, wellness coaching, massage, bodywork, reflexology, yoga, meditation, natural wellness products, handmade items, crystals, metaphysical items, books, journals, cards, and other aligned offerings.

Applications will be reviewed to help create a balanced mix of practitioners and vendors.

A limited number of double spaces may be available for practitioners who require extra room for their setup. Double spaces will be confirmed based on the final room layout.

Tables, Chairs & Setup

Tables and chairs are provided. Tables are 6 feet long.

Table coverings are not provided, so please bring your own tablecloth or covering.

Bring anything else you need for your setup, such as signage, business cards, product displays, décor, payment materials, or a small float if you plan to accept cash payments.

If you have specific setup or accessibility needs, you’ll be able to include that information on the application form.

Electricity

Electricity is available, but limited.

It will be prioritized for practitioners or vendors who require electricity for their offering. If you need electricity, please indicate this on the application form and briefly describe what you need it for.

If electricity is required, please bring your own extension cord and tape to safely secure the cord.

Demo, Presentation & Talk Spots

Practitioners and vendors may also apply to offer a short demo, presentation, or talk during the fair.

These spots are optional, limited, and have an additional $25 fee if selected and confirmed.

If you are interested, you can indicate this on the application form and briefly describe your topic or idea. Demo/presentation spots will be reviewed and confirmed separately.

Arrival & Parking

Practitioners and vendors may begin setting up at 11:00 a.m.

On arrival, you’re welcome to pull in beside the building to unload your materials. Please keep the space directly in front of the main entrance clear so it remains accessible.

Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area so the entrance remains open for others.

Practitioner & Vendor Spotlights

In the weeks leading up to the event, I’ll be sharing practitioner and vendor spotlights to help introduce participants to the community.

If you’d like to be included, please use the application form to provide the information you’d like shared publicly, such as a short bio, photo, business or practice name, website, Facebook page, email or contact link, and anything else you feel represents your work.

Photos are welcome but optional. If no photo is provided, I’ll assume you prefer not to have one included.

To help keep the process manageable and make sure each spotlight reflects you accurately, spotlight posts will be created using the information provided in the application form.

To be included in the spotlight schedule, please provide your spotlight information by August 9, 2026.
